"Went with our 4 kids for our anniversary meal; we were standing waiting for a table for a while before anyone noticed us and by the time we finally got a table the service was poor and the food really wasn’t great. My side was unavailable but I was only told this when my main was brought to the table so I couldn’t change my order. My husband’s fries had obviously been left sitting and were cold. It was virtually impossible to find any staff and when we did, they weren’t very helpful. I messaged Dakota’s afterwards but have been totally ignored. The whole experience ruined what had been a wonderful day; we definitely won’t be back."

"It was a McDonald’s. Almost identical to every other McDonald’s you’ve ever been to. We got what we expected to get. Parking: Adjacent to a shopping plaza with hundreds of spots. No drama parking. Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids there if various ages. Wheelchair accessibility: Door auto-opens. Some spaces could accommodate a wheelchair. Service: Take out"

"I visited this takeaway and there was no one in sight, no customers and no sign of any staff. I waited inside for two minutes and eventually one member of staff came out of the back of the shop. I placed my order and paid. My order appeared on the screen which showed my waiting time was 10 minutes. Whilst my order was being prepared the phone rang and the lone staff member left my order to to answer the phone and take another order. Later the screen indicated that my order was in the oven and would be ready in 5 minutes but in reality no toppings had been added to my pizza as staff was still on the phone. As I was leaving with my order, there were customers waiting to place their order whilst staff was again taking orders on the phone. On returning home I opened the pizza box to discover there was cooked onions and red peppers in one corner of the box resulting in them tainting the taste of my pizza."
