"What absolutely disgusting service Food over a hour late then lied to me about it being out for deliver then when I tried to cancel the food he put the phone down on me Then 2hours and 20mins after I ordered and cancelled the food it arrived but I had already cooked my kids food 3rd party driver even said they didn’t have a clue avoid like the plague No apologies or no refund as yet After looking at previous reviews on just eat etc I can see this isn’t the first time this has happened If you can’t cope with orders don’t except them"

"Ordered a meal deal for me and friends delivery was supposed to be 44 mins food arrived over an hour later, pizza and chips were cold and they'd sent the wrong kebab. Tbf they did say they'd deliver the correct kebab, then had to ring back as we found out the pizza was also cold, asked for a refund but was told they'd just send us another pizza and swap it for the cold one. By this time my friends had to leave hungry and out of pocket. Normally use grill and bake a lot but won't be bothering now."

"Just had a delivery for the first time from Eastern Spice. Not good at all, onion bhaji were missing and king prawn butterfly was absolutely disgraceful. We called the restaurant and we were informed, if we still wanted the bhaji, we had to come and collect. First and last time for us, if you have any sense use one of the many indians in the Kingswood area. My recommendation avoid, avoid avoid, terrible customer appreciation."

"Visited here recently on the EO2HO scheme the staff were super friendly and you got a lot of food for the price. I do feel some of the dishes could have been slightly higher quality but overall a really nice meal. Only downside was our table was in the hallway literally next to the kitchen and stairs so we were constantly hearing the waiters and chef shouting to each other and people coming up and down the stairs"
