"Improving from my last review of 5 months ago. From an experience that was easily usurped buying street meat in NYC to slowly becoming the the Verde of old. Staff is trying hard, but can still seem overwhelmed. Smiles all around though and real desire to make Verde a fun place. The Pizzas and the Frito Misto are solid apres ski fare... Had one meal to retest the water a week ago. Unfortunately the teams culinary reach is still exceeding its grasp. Definitely still a work in progress, but for the price, best if you're not the Guinea Pig. Sadly Stratton Corporate has done what they usual do, turn something good into something not so much. The infection is still prominent and it will take time for this to subside. But the Verda team is working on it."

"Prompt and friendly service. Went in the other day, asked how long it’d take to throw together a piggy bowl. They said ‘few minutes.’ I was in, ordered, out w/ my food in hand in probably 10-15 mins total. Asked whether the cashier liked bbq or s v chips better, they said s v... Those chips did not disappoint, the Piggy bowl was filling! Separate day I got a sausage/egg/cheese on the Portuguese roll. Also did not disappoint. Businesses have not historically stayed in this new location, I hope workhouse does!"

"I went here a few years ago while enjoying the mountain during winter. The eggs Benedict were delicious, and the corn beef hash was great! "We are there last Saturday for dinner. I felt like we were discriminated. we have specifically asked for a la carte menu and the waitress told us that they only serve buffet food and we eat, but 10 minutes later came another group and they asked for the a la carte menu and the same waitress said they have brought the menu and they explained the whole menu for 5 minutes. on the other side, she didn't even see our face. there were only 3 of us and they added 20% congratulate on our order. she was super rude. I still don't understand. is it because of our skin color? I will not recommend this place to any colored skin man!"
