"The room........doesnt look like the pics and there was no bath as stated which dissapointed me as i was looking forward to a long soak in a bubble bath stayed there last night in the execuitive suite it wasnt a good night sleep if im honest the matress was hard and not worth the money paid . The spa ....ok i was expecting big things as ive never been to the spa before and seen the pics must be pics of it when its been cleaned or brand new the jaquzzi needs maintenance done on it its not very bubbly and the head rests are all wobble and the drainage around needs a good clean....the steam room door kept opening so the steam was excaping but when it was pulled shut tight it would stay shut that was nice the poolside floor needs a good scrub as you could see the dirt around it the whole spa needs attention and a good clean. The food.... we came here for a meal back before covid think it was 2018 and it was amazing and we said we will go again and when we had food this time it was amazing aswel so i cant fault that at all nothing to say about it...the chairs had dippened and all underneath a few resteraunt chairs needs repairing but as far as the food goes 5* all day long."
