"Wish we 'd got to sample these highly rated Amazing Roasts!!! My partner called to check availability for lunch and was told yes come on down. We were not even 10 minutes away. By the time we entered the bar and had spoken with the bar staff members no one had a recollection of the phone call booking at all, actually confusing us with another booking for a couple with two children? So off she went to check with her Manager. Yes you 're table will be ready it 's just being Wiped Down have a drink whilst you 're waiting. We waited 10 15 minutes in the bar waiting for the table wipe down. I returned to the bar to politely enquire on how things were progressing, the two bar staff I spoke didn 't have a clue I was waiting and again went to speak to the Manager whilst we sat back down to finish our drinks. After no member of staff returned we gave up waiting and walked out. Friendly but really poor customer service. Really poor!! Oh and the couple with the two kids arrived after us and were seated straight away!! :"

"After the last discovery this has now become our favorite look place to eat. amazing tasting and presented eating. for my rest of seasoned biscuits pancakes, which are as usual are good. my partner had the new springtime castle he now ranked as his favorite castle of all time! highly recommended!"

"We ordered our food, enchiladas, which was lovely and had 2 medium and small glasses of wine which was nice. All going swimmingly and nice company enjoying lunch with my daughter. I was about to order coffee when suddenly we were handed our bill £45's. We hadn't asked for the bill and were quite taken aback and shocked by the waitress. Felt very unwelcoming. We hadn't been loud or raucous. We are polite, quite and mindful that others want to enjoy their lunch. Food was lovely Service needs improvement cleanliness was good"
