"I don't know if this place is going out of business or what, but you get about half the amount of meat, etc as I used to get. They were already overpriced and now you get skimped. Also it seems like they cook their chicken and steak maybe twice a day so it's most likely going to be old and dry."

"I love Silky's and have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. My concretes always have been thoroughly mixed, which is important to me. The Muddy Sneakers concrete is my absolute favorite. It is made with peanut butter, hot fudge and Reese's, and it's delightful. They also had a gooey butter cake concrete for a while that was phenomenal. I'm not sure if they still have it, but it was delicious with pecans. Many of the other seasonal options they offer sound good, but Muddy Sneakers from their regular menu wins for me almost every time."

"I do not take leaving a poor review lightly, and rarely do it, but this place is terrible! The last several times I have gone there (I always go through the drive through), the staff at the window has had terrible customer service and today was the tipping point. Myself and my husband went there for smoothies, and after I placed the order at the drive through speaker, I tried to get the attention of the woman taking my order to let her know that I can’t have regular cow’s milk. She never came back to the speaker so I pulled up to the window, which was out of my reach to knock. So I was waving my hands to try and get her, or anyone else’s attention, and nothing. She finally came to the window and I told her I needed Almond milk in the smoothie instead of regular milk. Her reaction was appalling. She was clearly irritated and told me that they had already made the other one. I told her I tried to get her attention through the speaker and at the window and her reply was, “Well that’s because we were making your smoothies. Now we have to throw that one out and remake it.” She then closed the window. I actually wanted to pull away but my husband, the voice of reason, said no. So we waited. And as we waited for our smoothies, I could hear her and what I assumed was the manager talking about us. He was pretty mad and the young woman assisting us said, “That’s what I told her but she said she needed almond milk.” He then said, “That’s ridiculous!” So he came to the window to hand me the smoothies and I asked him if he was the manager. He said yes and I proceeded to let him know that it is extremely unprofessional to speak so loud about the customer that they can hear them through the window. No apology. All he could say was, “This comes out of my pocket, so yes, I am irritated about it.” I was floored. I told him we would not be coming back, and his response was, “that’s fine if you don’t want to come back.” No apology again. I would not recommend at all! Ukraft is less than a mile West and has much better customer service, food quality and prices!"

"My husband and I chose to have donuts as our dessert for our wedding rather than a traditional cake, and I happened to stumble across Donut Palace on my search. Ann and the team at Donut Palace were amazing to work with and helped us select donuts that were perfect for our guests. Ann is very responsive, and although I live out-of-state, the process for ordering donuts was very easy and stress free. The donuts were perfect and looked amazing on the donut wall we had at our reception venue. Donut Palace was perfect for our wedding and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a little different type of dessert."
