"The tofu is crunchy on the outside and egg like texture on the inside. Delicious. They will substitute the tofu for any meat entree. The fried rice had a little egg. I should have asked. They may omit it. There is a steam rice option. The veggie steam rolls were delicious. The veggie entree with rice was good too. Back again 1/6/2021- no egg in the fried rice is no problem."

"It's very difficult to find perfect Que and perfectly cooked sides but here it is. These people make the best Que IMHO... Not overly smoked or cooked. Tender brisket and juicey chicken.
