"We had a reservation for my 33rd birthday. We had a party of 8. The night started great. The food was great for most of us. My Delmonico Ribeye was incredible. My fiancée's pork shank was a bit too salty for her to take more than one bite, but loved the pork belly appetizer. And one of my friends visiting from out of state had a less than stellar steak. Just a little overcooked unfortunately, but they were decently busy. We were told Caesar salads were unavailable table side due to an event and then as we were eating our house salads the table beside ours enjoyed them. The service was less than stellar. We didn't receive drinks that were ordered(not charged). We waited over thirty minutes just to receive our checks and then another fifteen or so to get our correct change back(someone was charged for something they did not order). We ended up missing our next stop as they were closed by the time we left. I can definitely say it was likely a fluke in service, an off night so to speak, but for the standard they set everywhere else it was incredibly disappointing by the time we left."

"My family and I have been eating in Beer Barrel for many years. Spread a lot of money in there over these years. Tonight was a terrible night. That would have been fine to accept the fact that the manager has distracted the situation this evening, told us we had too high a standard and have not cleared up our concerns. Didn?t even offers a favorable discount for our frustration. Everything would have been good and made us appreciate. When the waitress tried to offer an employee rebate that she thought was completely justified, he did not let her do because he told her he came and spoke to us and we understood? No, sir, you've come to us involuntarily and ended up with us? The waitress had already offered the employee rebate and we were satisfied with whatever that would have been, so we didn't make a bigger deal from it when he died. If we had known that he would refuse the discount, we would have spoken more to him. But I had already told him that we had waited for our food, what felt like an hour, and he came back and told us, ?we?ll you? ve was here for 49 minutes and I think this is a reasonable time.? Are you kidding? What watch are you watching? We had the ones sitting next to us who came in the way after we got food there and finish it before we even got ours. We are so disappointed today by this facility. More than the manager. His excuse why we had to wait what it sounded like he thought we weren't waiting long to start with was that they weren't a burger joint and don't have enough space on the grill. When we got our food, most tables were wiped out! Even if that were the case, he should have come while we waited and told us what the problem was, then we would have had more understanding and felt like they knew we were waiting. Unfortunately, the way we were treated today gave us the feeling we had forgotten. The waitress himself said it was unacceptable and never should have happened. Why didn't the manager feel like that? You obviously have a handful of people who feel like that, but you? the only one that says differently. This manager, Isaiah, made a really bad taste in our mouth for this facility and I am not sure that we eat here further when the managers treat frequent customers. His apologies did not help the situation, it was only justified in his own eyes, so that he had no accomplices on his layer. Well, now you? ve has to deal with reviews. Better. Train better. The manager founded himself personally and on the phone so no more I can say about it or to this place. We tried to allow them room to confirm our concerns, but it was neglected twice by the manager."

"Was told that wait would be 20-25 minutes. Actually waited 55 minutes on a Sunday night after 7 pm. Once we finally were seated, our waitress quickly arrived for drink and appetizer order. Food arrived quickly and was worth the wait time. Rolls were as good as always, salad was very fresh. We had ribs that literally fell off the bones, and a ribeye that melted in your mouth. Staff seemed very efficient. Just wished they had been more accurate with the wait time."
