"Worst Chipotle, or really any fast casual restaurant I've ever been. First, the manager is very unprofessional and I don't know how he has a job. Sometimes will claim not to have online orders, you will accuse you of having the wrong place, then if you show them screenshots and even open the app, they will shrug and say oh well, file a complaint and if you want an order you need to pay? and a second time. People are rude and totally apologetic. Fearable attitudes. But even if they and them routinely destroy orders, we tried them again in an act of famine-fueled despair. Not only the food tastes bad, there was food poisoning to me. After I had eaten a taco, I stopped when I discovered a piece of chicken in my other taco, which looked suspiciously under. I was hoping I was paranoid, but now I'm writing it at 2:00 after I had spent the night in the bathroom and hacked a few Pepto Bismol. Let my mistake be a lesson for you: just eat at home, my friend."

"First time here and it was restaurant week. Nice atmosphere, however lighting was very very dim. Gave all of us a regular menus but only one restaurant week menu for the table to share. Server was very competent but not especially friendly or warm. Just doing her job but not much extra effort. Our food was very good. Everything came out well, except for the spinach salad which was supposed to have candied cashews but none were in our salads. There were a few sunflower seeds present but no cashews! It was fine but not as stated on the menu and therefore a little disappointing. We did enjoy our food and drinks. We all had the filet or salmon which were all cooked perfectly. There was live music for most of our meal and that made conversation more difficult, since our table was fairly close to the bar area. If we had been further then it may not have been an issue. Will definitely come back to try again."

"I'm sad to leave a negative review because I used to really like this place. I've lived locally for 30 years and have been going to Ledo's all my life but it's really gone downhill in recent years. I keep trying to give them chances but every time they either get something incorrect with the order, prepare it poorly, or just show a general lack of care. If you eat here stick to strictly pizza or things that come out of the friar, they just don't make anything else well anymore. By way of example, today I ordered what could have been a good sandwich based the bite or two that was salvageable before it fell apart, but the meat was not what it was described on the menu (they used chunks of chicken like for pizza topping, not sliced like it said) and they squished it into a sealed plastic takeout container that was at least a few inches too short for the bread they used. Not only did this make it impossible to pick up, but it got soggy almost instantly, and just wasn't worth eating by the time I got it home. If I'd seen it this way at the restaurant I wouldn't have even accepted it. I don't expect a cheesesteak to be the tidiest meal to eat but I do expect to be able pick it up and take a bite at the very least. Just really disappointing. If it was just this I would give them a pass but something like this happens every time now. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon, but I do sincerely wish Ledo's the best. They are a local fixture which I have a lot of nostalgia for."

"Overall my order was good. My biggest disappointment was the Greek Salad. A full size salad had only 2 olives in it, tomatoes chopped very small making them barely detectable and not enough feta cheese. The white pizza needs more garlic and oil. Too dry. Fried zucchini was. a winner."

"This gets one star because of the service. The food was tasty. My party of 3 got there 10 min after they opened and it was 2 ppl working. We sat there for 15 20 min. before someone came over with menus. There were no other customers there yet. We order Appetizers from one waitress and then while we wait, another one comes up. We tell her we put in an order for appetizers and she takes up all the menus as we explain that we still need to order entrees. Language barrier maybe"
