What kind of rolls did y’all go with?
I dont really get the fascination with the overblown sushi like this. The simple stuff, in my opinion, is more enjoyable because it tends to keep the fish at the forefront of the palette in terms of taste. I think there’s also a tendency to keep the maker honest in terms of quality. With something like we have in this post, all I’m going to be tasting is mayonnaise and all the other garnishes.
So, uh... you guys are really big fans of mayo, huh? Where are you located? I've never seen a spread quite like his before.
