What Jen likes about Tosca Cafe:
I had not realized that tosca had a rooftop restaurant, I was surprised and excited. The food at tosca never disappoints and our waitress was equal parts friendly and lost. My only complaint is that the furniture was looking a bit deteriorated, but I'm hoping that the renovations going on next door will also apply to the rooftop read more.

Tosca it good. Food that day was okay we had no complaints. This is not my first time going there been there many many times and I always thought the food was good but be prepared going on a friday, saturday night... very noisey and service is long. read more.
