Normally a good place to eat. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked about our food. Turns out it had been sitting under the heat lamp. Outer exposed noodles (not underneath sauce) were dry hard. Bread sticks were way over salted buttered. They were soggy from the butter our lips puckered with all the salt. Mentioned it to the manager his response was he thought it was fine. "The food and the service were 5 star. I had the tasting menu and it had delicious and unique flavour pairings: horseradish cream on tomatoes yum. However, I also had the premium wine pairing. I had asked (and received) for a description of both sets of choices before making a decision. I chose the premium package because of one particular wine, a favourite that is seldom available by the glass and I told the sommelier at the time that particular wine was the reason for my choice. During service, however, that wine and another was switched out for something else. When I pushed back the sommelier said I’d like the new one just as much (not). It felt like a bait and switch."
