My first time ordering from Monte Carlo Pizza. Pizza showed up almost 2 hours after I ordered it, ice cold and with none of the sides I had ordered. Phoned in to the store and the manager said she was unable to refund my order, paid full price. Said she could discount my next time (which there would not be).
