What Nicky likes about Karavas:
Friendly, relaxed, unfussy decor, not crowded, nice Greek music not too loud. Feels family run. Food freshly cooked, again unfussy. I would have liked more emphasis on salads/veg., felt they were a bit of an afterthought. Delicious grilled sardines though charcoal grill worth going back for. read more.

The place also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat in pleasant weather, And into the accessible rooms also come customers with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

I booked this restaurant for nine of us, including three very sensible children. The welcome was muted but ok. We ordered mixed hot and cold starters for the children and fish meze for the adults. Starters came immediately and were generally ok, rather a lot of 'fish ' sticks! Hot starters were fairly minimal, spanokipita, lountza and halloumi a day then fish.
