Ate here in late September. The risotto was truly very good. However pasta with a tomatoe based sauce was disappointing with a slightly bitter taste. Not really excusable given the availability of ripe Provencal tomatoes. The Domaine Sarrins(from nearby St. Antonin) red wine was nothing special and perhaps this former excellent domaine is suffering from over marketing.
