Came in to town for a weekend and we were looking for a nicer place to have a decent dinner.
Chef/owner is actually from NOLA, so its pretty authenticVery charming guy and makes sure to visit each table.

"We 've read lots of good reviews about this restaurant, so gave it a try on Saturday evening about 5:00. We were the only ones there and they were extremely disorganized. It was 98 ° outside and all they had was a fan blowing on the table we sat at. No air conditioning at all. It was hot and very uncomfortable. One person ordered the three piece catfish dinner, other ordered the two piece. Our food came, the coldslaw had no taste at all, the French fries weren 't browned, and were still hard because they were so undercooked.. The 'Catfish ' was coated so thick with Panko crumbs that it didn 't even taste like Catfish, or any kind of fish at all. Plus it was right next to being burnt. We both agreed that it was the worst meal ever. Needless to say, we won 't be going back."
