The price of the tea service doesn't match the quality of the food. The scones were served with plastic containers of butter, no clotted cream. The sandwiches were dry. The Victoria sponge was so chewy and rubbery it couldn't be cut with a knife. There are two servers and they appear to have to handle kitchen duties at the same time such that they weren't able to be attentive. read more.
