"We have been to this restaurant a few times and we love it. The staff are so lovely the food is good. So disappointed last night though! We had the pasta and thought the portions were really small. Such a shame as Arcos is one of my favourite restaurants in Quinta."

"We went to this restaurant twice because it was close to the hotel and my daughter liked it the first time. The first meal was excellent and service was outstanding. They even had entertainment for the kids and the lady was fantastic. 4.5 out of 5.0.The second meal was the complete opposite. Service was horrible and only two of our three entrees made it out. It is interesting because they enter orders into an iPad, so how they "didn't have the order in the computer" seems odd. Given how terrible the service was I am not surprised. It took an hour to get our starter and another 45 minutes to get two of the three entrees.. They promised to make up the pizza and bring it out.. I asked for the bill and ironically our pizza (in a box) arrived as I entered my pin.. the bottom of the bill said "service not included" - Absolutely correct! They didn't get a gratuity and I left the undercooked pizza. 1.5 out of 5.0The service (generally speaking) has been awful in this part of the Algarve. It is a bit laughable and the running joke is that I am now on the Algarve Diet - as I haven't had a decent meal in a few days.Bottom line.. This place is hit or miss. If it looks busy - avoid, unless you don't mind spending all night eating dinner."
