"Located in a small village outside Beja, this small, plain looking restaurant excels at one thing. PORK! While Pork is featured at almost every restaurant in Beja, Toi Farois takes it to a new level. Prepared many different ways, it is the most flavorful, tender...Pork I have ever eaten (and that says alot)..a must have. Also quite novel and delicious is their tomato salad. Made up of just tomatoes, olive oil, a hint of vinegar, and spice they are combined into an excellent salad. Our party of 8 went through 2 huge bowls! This restaurant may be a bit off the beaten path, it is well worth the trip. I plan on being in Beja again next fall and will definately be stopping by."

"We were in Beja and it was time for lunch when we came upon three restaurants and decided to come here because this one had a local vibe. Turned out to be a great choice. My wife ordered the chicken in beer sauce which she loved. I ordered the steak which was smothered in an incredible tasting sauce. Simply excellent."
