"We recently visited Europa and were pleasantly surprised, as it sits unpretentiously in a corner in a mixed business/residential part of Zurich. Service was friendly and courteous, and whilst not luxurious everything seemed new and clean. The menu offers a good variety of dishes, which tend to the European but with a Swiss flavour. We had no trouble finding starters and main dishes that pleased everyone, and were very pleased with the quality and presentation of the various dishes."

"Read some great reviews of this restaurant. Service was outstanding. But while I expect higher prices when traveling in Switzerland, 140 CHF for chicken and noodles and a very mediocre bottle of wine is ridiculous. If you are interested in paying a lot of money for great service and a Cornish hen this is your place. For me, not again."

"I used to love this place. I have to say that quality of service is hit or miss, because they change the personnel quite often. Their food is good if you stick to the traditional pasta and tomato dishes. However, they are too heavy in...the oil. Everything is really oily and I have seen that in too many opportunities, reason why I decided to write today. I only stick to their pomodoro sauces (very good), because the others will be fat floating on the plate. If they improve this and get more consistent with the service, they will get better reviews. The atmosphere is really nice."
