"I ordered the Trio, and the brisket was dry, burnt, dark and unacceptable. The pictures speak for themselves. I spent nearly $30 for that terrible brisket. I expected to get what is advertised on the website. I will not order from here again."

"I had so great hopes for this place after reading reviews, but was left disappointed. I have the rib sandwich that comes with about 4 rib pieces (can be 5) and 2 pieces of bread. It had no taste and did not come with Bbq sauce, although I demanded it. I also have the frits with crabs and shrimps, but there were very little crabs and shrimps. I think I only saw 2 or 3 baby shrimps and there were hardly any crabs. This was the only thing that had potential when it gave proper portions for the price."

"Marco's is quickly becoming my go to pizza spot. The crust and toppings are all high quality. It's cooked well, not too doughy and not too crispy. The prices are consistent with local competitors so it's a winner."

"I called my order in at 10:20 pm. I was told that my pizza would be done at 10:40 pm. I received a phone call at 10:41 pm and stated that I was on the way. I arrived at the restaurant by 10:55 pm. As I?m walking in i wasn?t greeted. The guy behind the register seemed rather irritated and asked was I pick up. I stated yes and he responded by saying can you hurry up and pay so we can close... ?? The way I wanted to retaliate would?ve gotten me a label slapped on my head. The business woman in me told him that his response to me was super unprofessional and being a small business owner closing time is at 11:00 pm. You don?t rush your guest no matter. The hand gestures was the icing on the cake. His colleague then tried to tell me that they were closing and needed to count the register. Okay me as a paying customer should never feel rushed. Any establishment I?ve ever worked at we never rushed our guests. If closing time is 11:00 pm expect to leave at 11:30. They were out of this establishment by 11:09 pm and was chit chatting and smoked a cigarette before leaving. The only reason I didn?t give them a one star is because I enjoy Ledo?s Pizza and I know how a one star can impact a business. Being a small business owner and being an employee for other establishment this was unacceptable. The way these establishments in Maryland treat their paying customers is out of this world. We have to demand better. I spent $22.00 on a pizza don?t make me regret it. I hope you all improve your customer service at this location. If not I guess I will have to continue to bring my hard earned dollar to Virginia."
