"The food was hot, the person who seated us was very nice, and so was the bartender. However our waitress Kenya, never once checked on us, at least not until after someone got up and went over to where the hostess and bartender were sorting silverware and asked for a refill. She decided that her phone call was more important than the people she was serving. I watched her sitting at a table with her back turned to us while on her phone the whole time we were eating. She was friendly while she was serving us it's just too bad that was only at the beginning and end of our meal."

"Door said they close at 9pm. I pulled in at 7pm open sign was still on. Tried the door and the employee inside gave me the finger. I wish I could stop working 2 hours before my job closes"

"I've been striking out on lunch options since coming back to the office. Heard good things of Deli Boys and decided to give it a shot. So glad I did. Downtown was dead but inside there were 10-15 people waiting. Within just a few minutes I was up to the counter. In between taking orders, bagging orders, and getting food out to tables somehow they managed to see my name tag and called me by my first name when I got to the counter. He also called every other patron by their name and knew probably 90% of folks inside. Ordered the italian hot sub and side salad. Both were on point. The sub was flavorful from the meats, peppers, and dressing. The toasted bun was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Definitely recommend and will be back again and again."

"I went to dales today because it smelled good in the Dr office. But after myself and 2 other patrons had been treated so rudely by the cashier that it didn't matter how good my Reuben was. He said my sandwich would change my life. If someone spoke to his loved ones like that how would he feel? I get treated better at McDonald's and it doesnt cost 12.00 for a sandwich"
