"**Horrible Service * This establishment stated that they were open til 9:30. I walked into the place at 9 the cook was nice the owner was very nasty. The cook offered to fry the fish that I wanted while the owner tried to explain that they closed at 9 while online stated 9:30. After me explaining to him that it stated otherwise online. He told me that he did not want my businesses. And I gladly left…."

"This is not my first time ordering from here, never had a problem until now, I placed my order 1hr in advance, then when I go in they have no order ready, then my order is discovered and I specifically ask for the sauce of one of my orders to be put on the side and they put it all over the tenders. Those tenders were for my daughter and she could not eat it. Was really really looking forward to enjoying this as I always do, but I really didn't today."

"Used to love this place but between the shrinking portions and decline in quality batter seems to have changed, catfish are tiny, tartar sauce is now 2% of what they used to give and hey I get it but shrinking to like 25% would be nice . Not to mention the location has been closed ? and it’s now delivery only… which may be why the stuff arrives feeling soggy now but I live well within delivery zone from the place for that to not be an issue, my delivery took over 45 minutes to arrive once picked up they’re cooking from somewhere far away. Shouldn’t customers be informed?"

"Good food, terrible service!!!I went to this restaurant last night to pick up my order and was disrespected by the bartender.After I entered the restaurant I had to wait 10 minutes or so for my order, which wasn’t a problem.After my order was done being prepared, it was handed to the waitress, who then handed it to me along with the handheld scanner for payment.I kindly tapped my card on the small screen for payment, selected no tip(because I wasn’t served), and signed for completion.After I was done signing the scanner, the waitress pulled the scanner away and says, “WOW, no tip,” rolls her eyes, walks away, and slams the scanner on the counter.I’m not sure why or when we as America developed this concept that we deserve a 18% tip just because and I hope that bartender never treats anyone like that again. But as a reminder- My order was for pick up. I was not seated or waited on."

"Great food, cute table in the front yard of the brownstone. We had the snapper and the catfish (both come with rice veggies (veggies were so good! and we ordered a side of Mac cheese, lemonade and sorrel. It was all delicious, and good sized portions."
