"We visited the restaurant for our 7 pm reservation at 6:45 and was turned away and told that they could not seat us and they were not servicing anyone right now. I told them I made our reservation over a month ago and the man was was rude and had an attitude when speaking to me. Never said he was sorry or apologized but said “everyone wants to eat here but you can walk 5 minutes down the street to go eat”. If we wanted to go to whatever that place was we would have made a reservation there but we did not. We should have been called or emailed about our reservation to at least let us know they were going to cancel us so we could make other plans just common courtesy. We will never come back to this restaurant. HORRIBLE customer service and very rude and not apologetic. We will also make sure everyone we know that stays downtown near this restaurant will not go to this establishment."

"It is faster to add yourself to the waitlist for the restaurant on Yelp BEFORE you arrive!!! ???????? The Pumpkin Pancakes are so good I ate half of them with no syrup and just the whipped cream! The Banana Pancakes are just as amazing! The omelette is baked so if you like a harder scramble on your eggs, you should remember to ask to cook it longer! Bomb! "Shardae was the best waitress I’ve ever had! She recommended perfect drinks, got our food here on time and kept us filled up on our mimosa tower. Tiffany in the kitchen held it down and made sure our food was up to par. Derricka helped keep our table clean and made our experience amazing!! The vibe was amazing and I’ll definitely be here again."
