"The food was very good. The service , no complaints. Our waitress was friendly professional. We didn't wait long to be seated nor did we wait long for our food to come out (thank goodness). I really enjoyed the visit."

"I googled Steak n Shake to place a pickup order at the location closest to the store I was running into so I could pickup my order on my way home. By clicking on the Google link that came up first I was directed to the online ordering menu that indicated it was linked to Postmates for delivery. I did not think my pickup order would go through Postmates but it did. I thought the prices were kind of high but I figured it was due to the current general inflation and the lingering Covid related supply issues.Today I was curious about this thinking I made a mistake but the Google link still directs you to delivery companies even for pick up. I then found and clicked on the SnS website and checked the menu prices available for pickup and they were substantially lower!This seems like a bait and switch scam allowed by Google."

"I like a martini served in a proper glass. They serve martini’s in champagne glasses. They said they did not have martini glasses. As we were leaving, there were people at the bar with proper glasses. The food was good, the ‘famous’ steak sauce was awful. Wont go back because of the drinks. I can get a steak anywhere."

"The restaurant decor is really beautiful. that made me eat in chopal. my friend and I came here for Valentine's Day and I thought the decor was a nice fit. the service was ok. the waiter asked us to put our order maybe 30 seconds after the set. it felt rude, but I thought he was trying to be efficient. After he had received our meal, he never came to us and it took a long time to get the fuck. eating was also a miss for me. my friend got the chili chicken and that was delicious! but I ordered the chopal combo"
