"Placed an online order for pick up only to pick up only half of my order, so I came back and told them that I was missing two small fries only to have her argue with me saying that my ticket did not say that it had two small fries on it and I’m telling her that it does say so and i can show her. When i pull up to the window i have my ticket ready to show but they dont even look at it and hands me a bag with only one small fry and its cold. These employees need to either be retrained or replace they are terrible."
