"Pretty upset about their service. They delivered our pizza over an hour past the scheduled time, which is not the real problem. Totally understand that they may be understaffed, and super busy. But, our pizzas arrived smashed in their boxes, stuck to thelids, cold (not for the first time), and all bunched to one side. I tried calling a few times that night, but no one answered.This was not the first time, either. I went to corporate for a refund, and got a free pizza voucher. That, by the way, isn 'tworking on their site, so really no compensation. Really too bad, since their pizza is usually pretty tasty! I would onlyrecommend them for a pickup/curbside delivery. Last time we had an issue, whomever delivered the pizza even quipped I thinkit 's WARM for you THIS time! . Really?? How rude."

"Best pizza and pasta!!! One of the few places that offers anchovies yummmmmm. Big NY-style pizza. Usually you get the delivery of GrubHub, but if I picked up the staff is friendly and professional. Very recommended!!!!"

"I ordered two subs via the app. Arrived at the store ten minutes later and my order was not ready. The line was out the door when I arrived. I waited another twenty minutes in the store. I looked at the screen on the wall and my order was still 8th in line. I finally asked for my money back. There were only two employees working and approximately 10+ people waiting inside the store. I watched three people walk in and upon seeing the line they just walked out. The two employees working were working harder then a one armed wall paper hanger but there is no way two employees can keep up with a Sunday lunch rush. Based on other reviews, this is a common problem at this location. Management should read the prior reviews and fix this problem! Maybe management is trying to save a buck but they are actually losing money and customers."
