"I do not plan to return to this restaurant due to their subpar customer service and exorbitant prices for mediocre food. The portions are decent but the flavor is poor and the meat is dry. I tried the Birria Tacos which lacked the authentic taste I was expecting and were also greasy and dry. The Taco Bowl with Chicken was poorly cooked and lacked any real passion or flavor, resulting in dry meat. I do not recommend this restaurant as it seems they are taking advantage of the local area to overprice simple Mexican dishes."

"Went to this location for the first time this evening with my husband. Worst experience I?ve EVER had. Ordered two chicken and steak bowls. Everything looked so appetizing and the staff was quite friendly in the beginning. As I start to eat I realized the chicken was RAW!!! I immediately spit it out and brought it to the attention of the staff, one girl just apologized and carried on about her business so along came the ?manager? Camila. She didn?t even apologize she didn?tcheck the bowls she did absolutely nothing! Not even offered a refund. I was furious, so I walked out. Came back after I called them and asked to speak to the manager. I was told by an employee she was too busy to come to the phone. Andmind you I called while I?m sitting in my car in front of the restaurant with not a soul in the restaurant!! Unbelievable. So she finally got on the phone and said to come back if I want another bowl. I walked in and told her I would prefera refund. She told me she didn?t know how to do that. How are you a manager and you know nothing about your position? No customer service what so ever. She told me she could ONLY refund ONE bowl because she didn?t see two. After I handedher my original receipt. I mentioned to her that the coke was out as well and the soda was sitting on the table. She refused to refund that as well and told me to pick another soda. I?m not sure if she was just ?acting? like a manager orshe just doesn?t know what the role of being a manager in a restaurant is. So rude and just horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this location ever again. And I really hope to all who reads the reviews on this place thinkstwice before stepping in that place. Absolutely DISGUSTED!!! Do better Qdoba! Hire better employees who will make your company stand out and be great!"

"The waitress doesn't speak English, so we had a little hard start, but a gentle man sitting at the bar could translate my order and somehow the order was lost in translation and I was served something else than what I had ordered. But I still ate the sandwich because I thought why not try something new. The food was good and so was the service."

"El Paso Food Truck has excellent food and service!I was there Saturday May 22nd around 12:30pm with my daughter who loves Mexican Salvadoran food.We ordered the Lingua Sopes Tacos plus Pupusas Platanos. All were excellent! We saw everything being made fresh service was fast; about 15 minutes. The total was $20. Ramon then asked if we would be interested in a tamarind drink his mother made. I agreed. The young lady there said the drink was an additional $5 which I think is excessive but we paid it along with tips. Drink was nothing unique.Overall, I will still come to El Paso in the future for the excellent food fast service only not for the overpriced homemade drinks.The last time I was in the area, in April 2021, I tried food from both El Paso (middle truck) La Canchita (last truck) did not try Mexico Puebla (first truck) where the person ignored us. I was not happy with the food service at La Canchita, so this time I came only to El Paso where there were 3 people working with outside temperatures in the mid-80s.A young man named Ramon introduced himself as an owner had a very pleasant professional demeanor. He gave us the updated menu flyer – see photos. He told me they had 2 locations were opening a 3rd.El Paso is located next to the Gaithersburg MVA. It is the second (middle) of the three food trucks. "Tamales are hit or miss, a bit too squishy (either too much lard or overcooked in the steamer) sometimes not as firm. Pupusas are great, we got a bunch of appetizers as it was a late lunch and that's what we were in the mood for lol. Waitress was really nice and helpful, margaritas were really good. Chips and salsa were good also maybe a bit too spicy for me bit still good."
