"This is to bring to the immediate concern of the Pizza Hut manager about their delaying refund for an order placed on 7th of January 2017,the order was cancelled after it was delivered 2hours of placing the order from this outlet.I didn't expect such a sloppy service from them as my delivery was hardly 1.15km away from their store.They even pleaded to take one more additional pizza next day free of cost provided I accept the Pizza worth Rs.324 including taxes which I ordered but I refused and let the Pizza returned as it was delivered 2 hours after I placed the order.Then I spoke with the manager who assured me that the money would be refunded in my FreeCharge account (I paid through FreeCharge)within 15 days,I am still to get refund after 37days of my complaint,it is disgusting to see such a pathetic attitude towards the customers,What should I do ?Should I file a case in consumer court for the harassment that your store have caused to me,it isn't the money which is important here,it is your callousness towards the customer service which is reflected here.i have been given the reference I d no-15579058 for the same My request to all,if you don't want to face problems faced by me,then please think twice before placing order in this outlet.I will never recommend this outlet to anyone. If the manager is professional enough please heed to my complaint and initiate the solution ."

"Domino's is my life..I really like the mania's and veg taco as well.. The restaurant is very clean..it has great ambiance..always crowded.. I love to visit there.. I order at home as well ... Great work guys"

"Over the last two years, I have visited Domino 's Pizza at Alpha 1 Commercial several times. The first time was amazing. Repeat visits were good too but off late I notice a graph that isnt exactly headed upwards. There is a tendency to get into a flap when the number of customers are overwhelming. The staff does put in an effort but their task isn 't always easy. Service is prompt. What is served is delicious. But the last time I definitely thought that the toppings had reduced and the base was not fully baked giving a bit of a 'raw flour ' taste. Maybe that was a one time happening ... but then ... what good is a review if it isn 't factual."
