"Ordered a burrito bowl in person, was charged $16 which seemed off because I come here regularly. I asked if I was charge for a soda and they said the prices went up. I said that?s not the posted price and the they insisted the prices went up. I was not given a physical receipt and they insisted I was given one. I used Apple Pay and it was not printed. The person who made my meal insisted again they must?ve given me one, not the person who checked out. There was no receipt in my bag. I assume the manager came over and I showed her my Apple Pay, which includes the time and location. I was charged for guac. They don?t print receipts and then say they gave it to you. I give them the exact time and they found my order 16 minutes ago. It?s just principle don?t be distracted joking off with coworkers and overcharge your customers."

"The food is pretty much the same in every spot, what needs to be rated is the cleanliness of the place, they do clean up after having customer eat. I watch as most spaces to sit and we're dirty. Even after an hour of eating the area was still dirty.. I did clean up my spot. Thank goodness for sanitizer.."

"Out of white rice and hard tacos. The brown rice is undercook. They usually ask you for the actual vaccine card, but today this lady showed her card pic on her phone and they let her sit there. Do not go there at all. the staff always quit and they never have what you want"
