"I’m only in town for a few days and wanted to try something local. Food is AMAZING, prices are very reasonable and the service was phenomenal. I can’t remember our server’s name but we sat at the first booth along the wall between the bar and dining room for dinner on July 4 and again tonight and he was our server both times. He anticipated all of our needs and he made the experience the best!! This is a MUST if I’m ever back in the area or driving through. Leaving back home tomorrow so I’ll definitely stop in for lunch before I head out!"

"We used the on-line ordering yesterday, 7-23-18 and I was skeptical how that would work out. But, the staff, to the cooks and the cute girl that brought it out, I was amazed at the service. The rib eye and filet was cooked to perfection and the wonderful mushrooms were all just perfect. This expierance left us smiling big time.I give Hot Springs Outback 10 stars and your own rating only goes to 5"

"I thought I'd try the lunch that they'd advertise on their marquee. It was just okay. cleanliness is not their purpose this is a well established, local owner place. I guess it has its stand with the masters, but I could find a lot better place to go. the best part of Jack’s is the old timelines, display and article by hot springs historical past! great! not the service, cleanliness or eating."
