"We had a nice afternoon dinner in caffe after a cold start in the day. the atmosphere was cozy and let us relax and gave us time to enjoy our mother and our son together before another week to begin. we both had a burger from the menu, that was 't easy to choose as there are so many delicious options to go! my ten-year-old sent his positive feedback to the chef and said: "that his burger was the best he ever had! ' well, that means that I must have my game high! ! we couldn't leave koks without a cheeky tasty so that we both ordered a chocolate fudge brownie with chocolate sauce and ice cream. the staff was very friendly, chatting and made us welcome. they regularly check us out what is nice to see that their good service is being performed from the time we enter the caffe until the time we leave. it is very rare nowadays to see that at some places. Thank you for having us!"

"Overall a pleasant Sunday afternoon in the Pelican Inn. Our food order was not taken to the kitchen, which we found out after we followed up on our food (after 40 minutes), many apologies and a free round of drinks and our order had been taken again, with the food following within 10 minutes. A very tasty Sunday roast (one lamb, one beef), with lots of great veggies, both myself and my son enjoyed all!! A warm atmosphere and fresh lager topped off our afternoon."

"Not a regular at the pub. The staff were really not that friendly. To be blunt found them quite stuck up. A smile would be great. The food average. Presentation was excellent. However the crispy rabbit was really bland, Devon crab cake over salty. Didn't taste the Fricasse but my burger was juicy but the cheese used was over powering and the brioche bun slightly stale. Not somewhere I would rush back to despite the gorgeous setting"
