"What a great place with helpful and engaging staff. Dinner tonight was sweet potatoes curry soup, salmon and rice, veg, and some sort of caramel pastry with ice cream. Everything was perfect. Also ate a boxed lunch from here today, turkey wrap with blue cheese, was delicious. The only part j did t like was when my autograph.for their wall was turned down Awesome. Thanks so much."

"Arrived with my 6 year old after a long drive.We took 2 photocopies of the kids menu, she likes the coloring and we thought it would keep her busy while we ate. A staff member however, removed the 2 sheets of paper from my hand explaining we could only take 1 per child.Shameful and unnecessary, specially if you consider the fact that they identify themselves as: "A restaurant focused on serving up delicious Italian meals at great value, all in a family oriented, fun and casual atmosphere. "We ended up going somewhere else for lunch."

"Not real Italian food, as I have had that. Tastes like Chef Boyardee canned. Very close tables. Service was not great, and would not do food without peppers etc. Shows things are pre prepared."

"By far the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. It started with our super unprofessional and unfriendly server Larissa, who did not even harass us or declare the All-you-can menu. We asked her a few questions about food on the menu and she answered that she was not safe (instead of just going into the kitchen and double check without putting our preferences, she brought random salads to the table without even specifying which were. Then we asked for the garlic bread contained in the menu, which should be taken before the salads, and she answered: I didn't bring it, because there are some pizzas, would it not make sense to bring garlic bread with pizza? Sorry! What? If it is included, bring it, time. Or at least ask if we are interested in having it with the pizza! Don't assume no one wants it. Anyway, the garlic bread came basically at the END of the meal. Like the dives for the pizza. During our meal, NIE asked if everything was okay if we were satisfied or needed anything else. If she had asked, I would have asked her if the pizza was to be undercooked (picture above). Apparently, she noticed that I left the pizza with tomato sauce, but she never asked. While we still eat, she hurried us and asked TWICE in 5 minutes when we need pull-out boxes to grab our food! A few minutes later she asked how we shared the bills (again we had eaten). They ask either at the beginning or at the end. Not during a meal!!! Immediately she brings us our bills and the machine with a few of us STILL eat our net without even asking if someone wanted a dessert or something else for this matter! At that time we were all completely in shock with their bad service!!! The restaurant was basically empty, so needed space for new guests was certainly not the reason for them rushed us and also was not the time because it was still at 7:30. She went over to the machine while she paid for our bills and then she THREW, (Yes, SHE THREW THEM!!! to the table and stormed to the bar and shouted: They didn't tip me? to her colleagues. Note: I was the only one who didn't type her as the rest of the table did from good manners."
