"Not happy. My husband picked up two hero?s and all I can say is, where is the meat? We have had hero?s here for years. We go out of our way to pick up sandwiches at this pork store but this time the hero?s were horrible. Very little cold cuts. Even the lettuce was Scarce. The four tomato?s were paper thin. So disappointed. We spent $40 for two hero?s and cookies. What a waste. Next time I?ll go to a local deli Not worth the trip or the price!!!"

"Where’s the meat??? Ok I used to love coming into this little Italy deli and get the best customer service from everyone. Lately since after Covid most of the employees are gone and the new hires don’t interact well with others. Every time I have entered the guys seem like they are a deer in headlights and don’t know what to do. But besides that they used to have the best hot food and made the most amazing sandwiches. Now everything has gone down and the prices are sky rocketing. The few times I went in I have gotten some hot food of chicken franchese and pasta that they charged $16 for a piece of chicken and a scoop of pasta.. Really!! So then the next time I decided to get a sandwich just some ham and salami on a roll with mayo and that was $11 with hardly any meat at all. Seriously where’s the meat? The last time I got lunch I figured I’ll just get some chicken cutlets that shouldn’t be expensive. Well guess what 2 small pieces of chicken cutlets where still $10 and they were so tiny it shouldn’t have been more then $6. Plus the chicken was so hard that I couldn’t even eat it. Sorry but I won’t be returning to this establishment."
