"My bf took me here for my birthday, which was pretty cool because neither of us had be here before. Beautiful views and a beautiful restaurant. We got the calamari appetizer,, which was not good. Flavor was amazing, but the calamari itself was overcooked and kind of had a freezer burnt taste. We both got salads, which were good. We also both got prime rib, which was amazing in flavor and the portion size was amazing. Our waitress, Bethany, was super sweet and made it a wonderful night."

"I was a jubilee. the staff was very friendly and informative. beautiful it area, offers a fair sense for private sphere for every table. beautiful view of the water with easy access to a walk through the water after dinner. ? incredible cocktails that we tried out, the Bourbon chocolate drink (highly recommended, just be careful, it is delicious and strong.) bar area was great for sports/game viewing, and the dining room was fancy properly lit for a Saturday night and quite easy to navigate the open floor plan. we had the salmon special and the teriyaki sirloin yum yum yum yum! While it will not be every day eating experience, unfortunately, for us. I recommend to them the place for every special occasion they come! menu offers a great selection of options, for all land and sea lovers, even delicious delicious food for vegetarian (not to check it is vegan or gluten friendly options too tight.) I would like to go back and try more of their delicious dishes, and look forward to my next visit!"

"220 Riverside is not the luxury apartment complex as advertised. For starters, there is no front desk attendant or 24 concierge to assist with packages, questions etc. It 's annoying to have visitors because you can only buzz visitors into the front lobby in order for visitor to gain access to elevator you have to physically go downstairs to let them in. Not a major issue but seems like there would be a better system since it 's 2020 this is considered a luxury apartment. Secondly, the elevators are always broken always. We get it, things happen but elevator issues are the norm around here. Last but certainly not least, there is a bug problem here ants roaches. A pest fee is charged with rent every month however, pest control only comes out when called upon. Either way, pest control has been to my apt numerous times and the situation is still not handled. I don 't know about you, but the last thing I want is to walk in my front door and see a dead cockroach to greet me in my pricey apt after a long day of work. Since the bugs are dead when I see them, the management team here says so pest control is working ah, not quite if the problem has been happening for nearly a year. Or the other go to from mgmt is oh you are seeing a water bug um, no that 's a roach. Water bug, roach or whatever you want to call them neither should be present in my very clean apt. In my opinion, this place is a product of fast construction where insulation between apts the outside were not priority. I emailed corporate but their answer was just as general as the management team therefore, I will no longer recommend this property or any MAA property nor will I live in another. The bugs weren 't on the lease when I signed my contract I have given mgmt ample time to correct the issue but there isn 't a permanent fix. So since I couldn 't save myself the headache, I will continue to write reviews to save someone else. The location is great but it 's not worth the money. Majority of the people who live here feel this way as I find myself having a lot of elevator conversations. But we all say the same thing, the location is convenience for our lifestyle. Oh and I forgot, there is an awful smell that comes from water pipes, one lady told me she pours bleach down the drain when that happens so maybe I will try that. Oh my, the unnecessary things you have to go through when living in this luxury apartment complex. Good luck with your apt search but if I were you, I would tell 220 thank you, next!"
