"The food was outstanding the service was lacking greatly for a restaurant like that I expect a much higher caliber than I got I get better service at Denny's and I received at this restaurant it was the wait staff the bus staff was excellent so this all falls back on management a good manager with a stepped in when his waitress needed help but this did not happen it was really a shame to see location is beautiful they could do a little tidying up but overall the food and location made the difference"

"Roux is a true find!! They completely redid the location and the decor is very New Orleans with brick walls and mardi gras beads. Our waiter was from New Orleans so that added an even more authentic touch! The food is amazing so flavorful and all typical Cajun delights. I had an appetizer of shrimp and grits (3 grilled shrimp with a super yummy sauce and creamy grits) and then a side dish of jambalaya with 3 shrimp. It was more than enough for dinner. My husband's gumbo was excellent as was his redfish. Our friend's had the most delicious brussels sprouts with black garlic sauce a must have! The service was excellent even on a crowded Friday night. It is on the expensive side all the appetizers and sides were over $10 with most in the $15 to $18 range. Dinners were mostly in the $30 plus range. The only negative is that it is very noisy we could barely hear each other. We will definitely return but perhaps on a slower night so we can have a conversation. The flavors are definitely worth it!"

"This place needs to rehab from the owners down to the coked out bartenders/performers! The drinks are crap and there are bugs everywhere it's dirty,everything is over priced and the staff sucks! Not to mention the performers are giving sexual favors in the bathroom This place is done. Josh the bartender was totally drugged or on something. They need to be reported to the ABC IMMEDIATELY. Whoever says this place is good needs to let go of the past and find an new bar that doesn't come with a felony."

"This place is the best and most cutest coffee shop in town. The best coffee madeby the friendliest and realest people. The view over the ocean gives it even a better vibe. This is just how you want to start your day ?? thanks to you all for the great start of the days last 2 weeks, while staying in Laguna. We will be back!"
