"First timers here. I want to start by saying, there were quite a few customers in line, and the lone employee working was fast, efficient, and courteous! She had 2 huge orders in front of us, and we didn't wait long at all. My son enjoyed his Oreo blast, my wife loved her strawberry shortcake sundae, and I really enjoyed my waffle cone. The German chocolate cake and Boston cream pie ice creams were delicious!! We really liked it and the family oriented vibe of the place. Very good, we are officially fans! "Went to the public pool yesterday. Traveled from north Knoxville. The kids asked for snow cones I googled and this place pooped up. And im so glad it did. This will be a must have when we visit Maryville. Amazing customer service great snow cones an the ice cream was amazing. very kid-friendly love the park and all the games that they have for the kids. absolutely love this"

"We Love this place. Especially my toddlers. The workers are always so friendly the location is really nice- right off of the highway with seating and a little play area for little ones. I guess you can call us ?Regulars?? It was also super neat to chatwith the owner and learn more about different styles of SnoBalls? including ?cream? style? I mean, who knew?! This is a Placethat we will continue to visit throughout the summer. If you have not stopped by, you need to; you will not regret it."

"My family and i absolutely love this place and the sweet staff we pick this place over all the other sno-ball/sno-cone places due to the great customer service and the surprise magic tricks from Dwayne while waiting in line. I have been many times and even on the days where the wait may be long and they may be overwhelmed , they never fail to put a smile on every customers face by smiling through the craziness!!! 10/10 would recommend going to Rocky Top Snoballs."
