"Found this on Trip Advisor when look for somewhere that serves good beer and nice food. Glad we came. We rang first to see if we needs to book and was assured that there were quite a few empty tables. As it was getting busy the landlord, unbeknownst to us, had reserved a table for us. There was a good selection of beers which have been kept well. They have a limited selection of gins, but I managed to find one that I liked. The food menu was limited, but everything was made to order and very delicious. A most pleasant visit."

"Were impressed by the cleanliness. beautiful garden, many sunshades tables. welcome dogs. eating was a reliable price and amazing taste. the girls had so much fun. free parking (a lot of parking is also available on a crowded day). will definitely recommend families with children and pfoten owners"

"Service! very friendly staff...to be a place. had the smoked duck starter, and roasted lamming. the smart with the duck I felt needed a little love. for example, pick up the carrots. I found the sose preferred that was dotted around the plate instead of the dip. overall it was pleasant, and I would order it again. lamb main was delicious! I personally would have liked a little more lame...but I am greedy: the yorky puds were amazingly huge and very crispy. fantastic effort! only a small mistake was an intense taste of nelken on the carrots. I personally found it a little strange and somewhat dominant as taste. overall it is a nice place to go. would recommend."

"Went out yesterday evening with my husband for a meal. Both of us had a 7 oz fillet steak, the meat was cooked to perfection, the presentation was fabulous. Our waitress Emily was very attentive . Finished off with an apple tata with clotted cream delicious .
