"Very friendly staff, great food, clean room and comfortable beds. However this hotel is not suitable for people with animal hair allergies or asthma. Dogs are allowed in the dining room and near the buffet. The staff is touching the dogs and goes on servicing plates and cutlery without washing hands."

"Best place I have ever stayed in the Eifel/Mosel.The Zens family was always welcoming us..and happy we arrived from the Netherlands for our vacation.Had a great time as a young teenager in the 80's..met Hans-Jurgen, Roswitha and Iris I think her name is..I can't remember the name of the oldest daughter..very lovely people.."

"No and no! 3 attempts and disappointment every time. The workflows are completely blurred and confused. In the end, no good product can come out. Döner is prepared before the pide begins. Bread not heated. Meat cut 10 minutes before documents.... not kept warm. Fully cold filled and on the grill with to go bag for 10 minutes until the pasture finish. Ordering with 10 minutes waiting time is simply underground. Wait for 30 minutes? The quality is taken from the previous owner."
