"Arrived from out of town with a group of 7. Great downtown location. The place looked clean and attractive. We sat outside and enjoyed a gorgeous view overlooking the Brant River on a sunny summer Sunday. The coffee was very good and so were the apple fritters, which they appear to specialize in. The tables on the patio were all small and offered two seats, not very welcoming to larger groups. However, they were out of so many things from what already appeared to be a very limited menu to begin with. The service was not the pleasant kind you'd expect from small-town Ontario. And there was prolonged and considerable water hitting the awning coming from something on the floor above that was extremely annoying. In summary small changes can easily make this place an ideal 5 out of 5, but on this occasion no more than a 3 or 3.5."

"I have purchased from her before but she has just opened a new location. You can see what the special is for the following week on her Facebook page and order it to pick up the following Tuesday....or drop by and pick up lunch. Ingredients...are high quality, extremely fresh, plentiful and very tasty. I love that she offers a wide variety of flavors in her cooking. Dinners can be portioned off and frozen for future use...usually you have to add very little to have a complete, delicious meal."

"This is by far the worst experience I’ve had for wait times at a Tim Hortons. I know to avoid this location yet against my better judgement I stopped in yesterday. I was in line for 20 minutes, third person in line. Asked when we would be served as I had to get my kid to school, they still didn’t help. Line up was out the door. I left, went to the Paris road location. I was in and out and the manager was amazing. I will never attend this location again!!!"

"First time here and it WONT be my last. What a beautiful tea room! The furniture, the seating, the atmosphere--the most prettiest by far. LOTS of room, inside and out. The host will dress up in 1850 period costume. Books about the local and era were suggested as a read (because I was alone I guess). RESERVATION ONLY because it's a private house. They have white, green, oolong, and black tea. The house tea is delicious! I had unlimited tea and scones which came to $8. Parking is available in the driveway or across the street. Weather permitting you can sit outside overlooking the Grand River."
