"Healthy eaters try this place! Had Pita dinner with excellent Greek salad. All fresh and tasty. The pitas were warm, soft and fresh. The chicken was not greasy, or dry. My companion had stuffed peppers. I didn't love them...a little too much cheese for me, but he liked them. Looking around at other tables I saw lots of lettuce! And vegetables! Ahh, yummy! Tried the Greek beer on tap...really good! Sort of a pale ale. Reasonably priced on everything. Menu offered many healthy options. This could be my new favorite downtown Phoenix restaurant!"

"Upon entering the restaurant I was approached as asked if I was eating in or takeout. I told them I was takeout and looked at the menu. When I was ready to place my order there was no one around to take it. A gentlemen walked in after me and he was immediately approached and they took his order. I had to ask for someone to take my order. After ordering a small Greek Salad I waited and waited and waited. At least three other takeout orders were processed after mine. I saw a box sitting on top the counter and had a feeling it was my order. At least 2 people opened the box to see what was inside and left it there. After waiting 10 minutes I asked someone to check the status of my order. They finally retrieved the salad that was sitting on top of the counter. When I approached the person in charged to ask why, all she could say was she was too busy and I should have said something earlier. It's not my job to have to ask. She argued with me over how long it took and pulled the receipt. It did take 10 minutes. I finally said to her they were the 4th owners of the restaurant, and if their business was to be successful they needed to spend more time on their customer service. I will never go there again, extremely poor service."
