"It was my birthday and my husband wanted to take me somewhere special. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was clean and after ordering drinks we ordered our food. The food came and it was amazing. So tasty and enjoyable. Highly recommended and I did indulge in one or two Lemon Gins and omg they were so delicious."

"The food saved this visit from a total catastrophe! although there was a wonderful sunny day and all other restaurants with their terrace opened pizza expression had their closed because of lack of personal. inside was pretty quiet. eating was absolutely beautiful and the whole family explained to be the best pizza of all time. the service was not as good as possible. No one checked if we needed more drinks. no seasoning. the bad shock came to the end when we tried to pay over the app. I was charged twice! it seems that it happens as the manager just shrunk and told me when it was back. in 7 to 10 working days! what can cause some human problems when financial is tight. my bill was over 100 pounds, so that's a lot to pay twice. it took 7 days to get it back. so be warned. do not pay them via paypal, google pay etc. if they use the app, then they use their bank card as they can at least argue with the bank to return them faster."

"Gone downhill recently. The last 2 times we have visited we’ve been ignored collecting our order. No manners and made to wait even though the order was ready. People approached and answered the phone but ignored us. Our last order was missing half the toppings and cheeseburger sauce. 2 slices had no toppings at all. Our garlic bread had no cheese on. For the increased prices recently, I expect quality to still be there but it’s not."

"I ordered a few times from the alverstoke shop, always eating high quality. they are really friendly and smile when they turn off to make sure that the pizza is on the way. the drivers also fulfill the rules for social distancing."
