"Food and ambience was good. We visited as a family with a baby. Though they had a family room, they didn't allow us to eat there. Because of a single person, their manager was eating there!!. You have to be at their mercy to eat there. Don't be fooled by the ratings, it hardly matters when there is no respect!!"

"Ended up in Anjappar as there were no Chettinad restaurant open at 3:30 in the evening. Nattu kozhi biriyani average. There were enough chicken pieces though and the quantity was good. Prawn biriyani this is not prawn biriyani, they had used chicken biriyani's rice and had stuffed some prawn vurry into the biriyani. Anyway, the prawn curry was yummy. They had not removed the shell from few prawn pieces which is a big NO for me. Nethili fry nethili fish fried the chicken 65 way with chicken 65 masala, was tasty enough. Nothing great though. Ont he whole an average experience."

"Confused .. Really Confused! I couldn't choose a favorite. All of the dishes we ordered were equally good. The best Chettinad restaurant I've ever been to. The food is so authentic it reminds you that Pondicherry is not in France: P."

"More terrible place cost for quality and quantity. sat as group of 12 and were shocked to serve fried chicken, which obviously had corrupted because it was badly stored. they immediately took it back when we complained, but were left with a bad taste through the meal. the appams were made fresh, but all curries lubricated the same."
