"Because we travel by car regularly,we have tried stopping at McDonald's at places enroute. However I have never enjoyed at other venues. The Mcdonaldsat St Ives is always very fresh and served hot. Their French fries are delist,whereas at other places they are not so good"

"I fo not know why I continue to go to this place, I guess its local and when shopping at kmart its easy to pop in. The staff here are useless, you never get what you ordered and last night I stood there for over...10mins waiting for 3 sundaes whilst staff just walked around. Upon approaching the counter to ask about said food I had 3 staff members actually walk right past me. Absolutely disgusting place to attend."

"After a long day in Sydney, we were looking for a quick meal fix before hitting the 3 hour drive home. We decided to take our chances and googled restaurants in the Auburn area. We discovered this no frills sit down Chinese restaurant in the Auburn Soccer Club. One could easily feel like they have stepped into a local family run eatery in China or Hong Kong. You order from the number of menus sellotaped on the front counter and/or choose seafood from the live seafood tanks. It was a bit confusing as there are a number of set menus and al la carte items. I must of looked vague and confused and when asked a question I was offered the Australian menu. This menu might please the palates of the less adventurous diner so I passed this up for the traditional offerings I saw on the A4 sheets at the counter.We chose silken tofu, gai laan stir fried with pork and thick noodles with mushrooms. We took our table number, collected some bowls and chopsticks then sat a one of the tables which had been cleared and wiped down. The food arrived quickly, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Dishes were generous in size and huge in flavour and freshness. Families and groups steadily continued to arrive even through it was past 8pm. There is no ambience or attentive waitstaff but come here for really really good, cheap Chinese food. If this was in my neighbourhood, I'd be a regular customer."

"Been once. quiet and humble cafe but you can tell a lot of care was put into this place. the bruschetta was pretty and flavours were light and perfectly balanced. service polite and non intrusive. overall great value for money given the standard of my experience and if the opening hours extended later I would be an insistent regular. perfect for me"
