"We were directly opposite this bar in a rented villa in juli 2019. very welcoming host and great prices. popular with locals who always have a good sign is the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was that the bar closed...unexpected only 3 days after our arrival when the owner went to overseas"

"Arrived early about 1900 as it opens then had a seat outside any later after 2000 you might get a seat, we were of 5 people it started to get pretty full with the locals they also had a local Portuguese dance group entertain us during meal local folk dance and music we even had to join in it was just by luck we were at the right place at the right time.The meals are plentiful delicious basically cooked mostly over a char grill I would opt for the kebabs u get one massive skewer jammed with meat and prawns /wee salad and chips as with all meals there and very reasonable have to try the black pork steaks really flavoursome from the black pig , for dessert you go into resteraunt and choose from the fridge and the will get it for you and to finish go for a double espresso beautiful Or mor wine or beer for all of us wine /beers 6 meals and sweet and coffee €54."
