The guests were also friendly and relaxed.This was our first time enjoying „fine dining“ with courses and the gentleman at the bar was very helpful explaining us newbies on how to enjoy the food.Highly recommended and we‘ll be back for sure!"

Der Chef ist sehr nett und unterhält sich gerne mit seinen Gästen - ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. "We visited hashimoto for the first time last night and had an excellent experience. we ordered the menu with all the small appetizers, and the wagyu bark, kobe style. it was cooked before us by a wonderful cook, who paid every step of the way great love to detail. each individual dish was tasteful, but tender.
