"Very great, here everything is so ecological that even the burger menus carry small brown brands where in highest tones is praised that the paper on which you have been printed so naturally that you are probably directly from a regional paper recycling site for used toilet paper. On regionality of the foods used, it is so important that after ordering my burgers, which is very inexpensive for almost seven euros, I used the time to go for a smoke and run a round around the building. At the back entrance I became aware of a moaning sound, there was a grazing ochse whose back part has just been gelled by a meat grinder. Once again, I became aware of a knocking noise and could experience live as my mayonnaise has been beaten by hand directly on my burger. I even had time to smoke a second and third cigarette while I waited for my snack (fast food) during my short lunch break and probably also saw a roof garden where the cook just picked my salad freshly by hand. The burgers are very lovingly prepared, I believe they are even brushed and spoken with them shortly before they are served. With so much attention to detail at work, waiting times of up to and a half hours are also quite justified. To the general ambience, I can also say with great enthusiasm that the anticipation of a delicious burger is very skillfully directed by the two-headed almost food team with targeted steered cooks from the open kitchen area. This raises hunger immensely and causes a certain amount of amusement to a fresh ecological regional handmade and 100% biodegradable limonaden delicacies for which you like to pay a euro more because everything is so great eco and bio. The taste of the burgers is so unbelievable that even after two days, my tavern is still performing a culinary delight, you taste immediately that everything is freshly prepared and organic. So organic that vegetables have been cut off from beet and meat from live cattle. The spagatact between unhealthy almost food and a hundred percent organic and regional healthy eating has been very successful here! Fast food is reinvented here! Great thing, more so"
