"Sat in an empty restaurant watched two groups of 3 people walk out and leave waiting for anyone to be bothered to acknowledge them while 3 servers were in beverage station talking for over 20 minutes.Called and asked for manager to let them know, and was put on hold over 10 min then hung up on. Called back asked for manager..Lady who answered said she was the manager, flat out REFUSED to tell me her name. She came to my table. I told her the issues, and NO concern, apologies, or acceptance. I would never return here, caution you that there must be a reason why no one is eating here. BWW are at the most ever 20% full for a reason. I travel the US and see a very common theme here.Sad edited to add: NO paper towels NO toilet paper in men's restroom upon leaving.Surprised?: absolutely not after visiting many BWW.Sad to say this, but many if not all BWW will be out of business soon based on the absolute subpar restaurants I this doesn't bring me joy..AND STOP WITH THE IMMEDIATE GARBAGE REPONSE POST TO EMAIL OR CALL YOU.YOU DO NOT RESPOND AND ITS A JOKE"
