"The seats comeportment make us feel private, which is similar to some of the Japanese izakaya restaurant. Staff are polite and nice. Price is appropriate for the quality of food. Much alcohol, I'm very happy."

"Lives on the coast for some time and have eaten in many places, but WOW had only the ribs for dinner here and everything I can say is OMG. They wanted to die! The portion size itself was enough for two (even if I had half a rack) and they were so fleshy and tender and no matter how much I wanted, I could not finish them. So the food without question gets an eleven out of ten, but then the staff, well I must say, also get an 11 out of 10. They were friendly, greeted you with smiles and could have a conversation. Not even our drinks came down without having a friendly face to ask if we want another drink. I, we, would definitely recommend Central to anyone visiting the beautiful Surfers Paradise."

"Food is good but not wow. It’s hard to grab waiter’s attention and feel like they’re a bit understaffed. I’ll rate a 7/10 for food and a 5/10 for service. With such restaurant, I expect a bit more than that especially when I chose it for my hens night. Would not come back unfortunately"

"Parking 10/10 eat 8/10 cleanliness 9/10 decor 9/10 service 9/10 price vs taste 8/10 drinks prices are typical of classic restaurants location 9/10 (on the water) right next to seaworld. a very impressive and romantic place to eat with their partner. they are well supervised by the employees, but not over pampered. the food really enjoyed. barramundi is not bred and a topping mush come in three different sauces including blue cheese! I can't wait to return. when they are sitting near the pier, throw a piece of brot in and wait for them to arrive on swarms of bream!"

"Had my 40th birthday here. Booked a table and pre-ordered the food. Dealt with Stefan who was lovely and very helpful in organising. Bar and food service on the night was great and great selection of food at a reasonable price. Everyone enjoyed the night and I would go again."
