"This is my second review with zero Stars about this KFC on the corner of Nellis and Lake Mead! Coby the cashier that took our order he never smiled not one time did not welcome us into KFC! then when we get our order did not give us any napkins or condiments mind you we spent $40 at this KFC! Also we ordered strawberry lemonade instead of Coby filling up the bucket container for the soda he's going to give it to my husband when the strawberry lemonade is behind the counter. Which means Kobe did not listen to the customer and give the customer what they ask for! this time I'm calling corporate on this KFC. They need to close it down or retrain this KFC team with customer service. Because at this KFC they don't have customer service. Don't waste your time on your money will be disappointed! Management of this KFC why do you allow your employees to disrespect your customers?"

"I always love visiting an In-n-Out, when we can find one. This is my first time at the North Las Vegas location. This place was hopping and busy yet Andrew took our order quickly and accurately, with a friendly attitude! Even with the crowd (and the long line we saw outside at the drive thru) we had very little wait for our food. We had cheeseburger, fries, a shake and a soda. Everything was as tasty as we remember from our last In-n-Out visit (So. Cal., 2011 And, although busy, we had easy time finding parking and were able to gas up at the Chevron next door. Great visit!"

"Receiving basic courteous customer service is just out the window. I feel like I can 't even do a simple task and even go order fast food without dealing with idiots. I order my food inside first then my sis in law orders right after me. She was going to use a coupon and she mentioned the coupon after she says her order to the girl taking her order. The girl says oh you 're supposed to give me the coupon before you order like she couldn 't just cancel that and do it over really quick? People just don 't have basic work skills anymore. The place was not busy and it would 've taken her less than a minute to redo the order. I work customer service so I know. IT 'S NOT THAT HARD! And the manager is an even bigger idiot and rude! I asked for ranch and doubt they were out but he had a rude smirk on his face as if he were happy to tell me they were out of ranch. Don 't work at all if you can just treat people nice if they 're are treating you with respect."
